The Mudbug Works Foundation & Trades Network exists to empower youth entering the workforce and adults seeking a fresh start by creating pathways into skilled trades. We believe success should be built through opportunity, hard work, and hands-on education, not burdened by overwhelming student debt. Through mentorship, scholarships, internships, tools, networking, career readiness, and industry partnerships, we connect individuals with the resources and relationships they need to build rewarding careers, strengthen their communities, and create lasting financial independence.
